The Shepardson Law Office values its clients and respects the privacy of your information. As a precautionary measure, we want to inform you that your legal information may have been compromised as a result of a data breach that impacted certain of Shepardson Law client records. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT HAPPENED

While this matter is still under investigation, we wish to report what we currently know. In the December 2020 timeframe. Car broken into twice. Flash drives and possible legal notes were stolen.

WHAT INFORMATION WAS INVOLVED

A report revealed that client information may have been compromised from data contained on the USB data drive. No other client information was compromised.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

As part of our response to this incident, we have notified law enforcement and the state agencies as required by the laws of the local jurisdiction, and we will continue to assist with their investigation. The Shepardson Law Office continues to upgrade our security systems and data management to keep your information as secure as possible.
